It's time again for Get Me Fit Friday link up!
My goals for last week were:
Do the 30 Day Shred workout each evening.
one meat free day this week.
Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
food intake on MyFitnessPal every day. (If you want to add me, I am chile_chicken)
I managed to acheive all of these goals, even working out at 9:30pm on the evening we had family around for dinner. No weight loss this week even though MyFitnessPal tracking looks OK. I guess I have to be patient, but it is frustrating not seeing the scale move.
I have my father's 60th birthday celebration this weekend, which calls for lots of food, so my goals for this coming week are:
Work out at the gym on Sunday morning
Do two Zumba classes
Try a new salad
Limit coffee to two a day- this one is going to be tough!
