DIY Chocolate and Green Tea Face Mask
Who says chocolate is just for eating? It has many antioxidant properties, and so it can actually be good for your skin! Green tea is also a great antioxidant, and here it is combined with dark chocolate to make a simple chocolate mask that can be enjoyed without the calories.
You will need:
100g of dark chocolate
2/3 cup whole milk
1 green tea teabag (I used green tea with Berry)
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until melted. Chop off the top of the teabag and pour in the leaves, then mix in all the other ingredients and stir.
Let cool for a few minutes and then spread on to your face.
Leave the mask on for three minutes or until it starts to go hard, and then wipe off with a warm towel.
The tea leaves and brown sugar help to exfoliate your skin, leaving it feeling lovely and smooth.

Looks neat...but I might want to eat the chocolate rather than put it on my face. ;-) Thanks so much for linking up at the Real Family Fun link party! Hope to see you next week.
